We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that customized products and LifeSharp services are governed by specific warranty terms and may not be eligible for standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to authenticate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and include the return authorization slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your Benchmade products in their original manufacturer's box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
